Fundación Creciente, the organization behind the Orchestra of the Americas (ODELA), handles the personal data you share through this website responsibly and only for the purposes described here.

1. What data we collect

From the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), subject and message content. From the Sheet Music section: your email address, before enabling a score download.

2. What we use it for

Internal use: answering your inquiries, managing booking, press or collaboration requests, and keeping a record of who downloads our sheet music. If you check the corresponding box, we also use your email to send you information about our upcoming events and concerts. We don't use your data for any other purpose.

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell or share your data with third parties. It's stored in Supabase, our database provider, with access restricted to the Fundación's team. Contact form submissions are processed through our own mailing service, without involvement from outside parties.

4. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to delete your data or stop sending you communications by writing to fundacioncreciente@gmail.com. We'll handle your request promptly.

5. Changes to these terms

If we update this policy, we'll publish the new version on this same page along with its update date.
